We first engaged Dove Recruiting & Consulting Services Inc. as part of our 2019 Recruitment Strategy, to find and hire skilled cooks for our busy restaurant.

Macrina and her team are organized, direct, and efficient. Dove help us navigate the LMIA application process, and we were successful due to their knowledge and efforts. When it came time to recruit candidates, they screened variety of resumes, conducted interviews, and linked us with quality candidates based on our needs. Macrina and her team also personally oversaw the transportation and lodging of our workers.

We are currently in the process of extending work permits for the workers given how pleased we are with their quality of work.
